This is a terraced house with ground floor, first floor, and attic. The first wish of the client was to expand the house on the ground and first floor and add two dormer windows to the attic. The second wish was to completely redesign all the floor plans. Because of the scope the  challenge was to get a building permit.

Extra space was designed by building extension in the back of the house over two floors.
In the ground floor the living room is extended with 2,4m and the sleeping rooms on the first floor are extended with 1,2m. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a rear balcony are now situated in the attic.
